Terms & Conditions

1. All hired goods remain the property of the Owner, Extra Touch. To secure your booking, an Order/Invoice form will be sent to you and must be returned, signed, along with your deposit, this being 50% of the total hire cost. This ensures that the hire items are reserved and that the event date is secured. Final total payment is required in full, 4 weeks prior to the event.
2. Last minute orders can be accepted depending on availability. Full payment is required at time of booking for orders required within 4 weeks.
3. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice, however once a deposit is paid, the price quoted will not change.
4. During the period the goods are on hire the Hirer shall be solely responsible for the hired goods until back into the possession of the Owner.
5. In addition to deposit for hired goods, we require a damage/loss deposit of £50 the time of booking. This is fully refundable subject to all hire goods being returned in acceptable condition. Any losses or damages which exceed the damage deposit must be paid for by the client. Light soiling is acceptable. Charges will be made for any damaged goods including goods that have been dragged on the floor, ground in earth stains, burns, holes, rips and tears, candle wax, grease or deep staining. Shortages and damages to hired goods will be charged at their full replacement value, details of which are available on request and no substitute item will be accepted by Extra Touch.
6. In the unlikely event of any injury or damage to persons or property, sustained from any goods under hire, Extra Touch shall not be held responsible.
7. Prices quoted are for one days hire only apart from day of delivery and collection. Subsequent days will be charged at a daily rate.
8. Cancellation will result in the forfeit of the deposit and any monies paid. If we have to cancel a booking due to reasons beyond our control we will do so in writing, returning any deposits paid and recommend another reputable company.

Rights reserved: Any failure by us to enforce any or all of these conditions shall not amount to or be interpreted as a waiver of any of our rights.
